Meet Dr. Sofia Yevko, ND

I am a Naturopathic Doctor practicing in Alliston, Barrie and Innisfil, Ontario. I maintain a general practice with a passion for mental health. Some of my areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD/ODD, PCOS, endometriosis, PMS/PMDD, insulin resistance and diabetes, high cholesterol, burnout/stress management, and thyroid concerns.

I have experience with all ages, and enjoy working with paediatric and adolescent populations.

What to expect from a visit

Visit Structure

Prior to the first visit

There will be intake forms and a consent form for you to read, fill out, and sign. This helps guide us through your first visit.

During the first visit (75-90 minutes)

We will go over your health history and do a comprehensive intake, focusing on your chief concerns and goals. We will also come up with a preliminary plan to get started.

At the first follow up (45-60 minutes)

It will be an extended visit to continue our intake if necessary, go over any lab or blood work, and revisit/adjust the plan as needed.

Subsequent visits (30-45 minutes)

Will be to check in and adjust anything if needed.
